Blue Crane Hospitality was founded by Prema Naidoo who carries with her over 20 years experience in National and International Hospitality Management in various Senior and Executive Operational roles.

As a Hospitality Operations Management Professional, Hospitality IT Systems Specialist and a Project Management Professional, Prema is eminently qualified to comment on a vast range of Hospitality Operations Areas from all aspects of Rooms Divisions Management including Strategic Accommodation Selling Strategies and Yield and Channel Management to the Hands-On skills Training of Kitchen Assistants and Bell Staff. Prema adopts a hands-on approach, and is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and “Walk the path” with the Team to achieve the desired outcomes.
